What will we do with the data?
Our aim with the contract design brief is to help businesses implement contract design more easily. For that reason we make this contract design brief available for free, as an educational and guidance tool. We will treat your contract design brief as confidential information.
Once we collected sufficient (and complete forms – around 300 complete contract design briefs, depending on the variety of companies that fill out the brief) we’ll create a benchmark report regarding the needs and learnings we gain from different types of companies regarding contract design.
